To succeed as a Senior Associate Consultant, you’ll need:

• A bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• A unique perspective informed by lived experiences.

• The ability to break down complex challenges and develop strategies and actionable solutions.

• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities to present clearly and tailor messages to different audiences.

• Teamwork skills to contribute ideas and foster a collaborative environment.

• Experience taking ownership of your work.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

This role is based in New York City with a hybrid approach to in-office and remote work — giving you the flexibility you need while staying connected with the team.
