Senior Consultant, Behavioral Science and Health

To succeed as a Senior Consultant, you’ll need:

  • MBA, MPH or advanced degree preferred.

  • 4-8 years relevant consulting experience with a track record of managing multiple projects and driving results.

  • Lived experience that brings a unique perspective to the team.

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, developing strategic hypotheses and actionable recommendations.

  • Proven ability to manage teams, take ownership of projects, and drive impactful results while effectively communicating complex ideas to stakeholders.

  • A passion for healthcare and behavioral science

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

 

Geography

This Engagement Manager role is based in New York City with a hybrid approach to in-office and remote work - giving you the flexibility you need while staying connected with the team.
