To succeed as an Associate Consultant, you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • A unique perspective informed by lived experiences.

  • The ability to analyze complex challenges and develop behavioral science-based solutions.

  • Effective written and verbal communication capabilities to present clearly and tailor messages to different audiences.

  • Teamwork skills to contribute ideas and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Geography

This role is based in New York City with a hybrid approach to in-office and remote work — giving you the flexibility you need while staying connected with the team.
